  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or California, USA, if outside the U.S.)

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant initiates a legal action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to block or terminate access for any users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
